目的 :探讨短小棒状杆菌 (Cp)抗肿瘤作用的免疫机制。方法 :用化学发光 (CL)法检测Cp对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞和脾淋巴细胞的体外激活效应。结果 :CL法可以灵敏、快速地测出活化的细胞在短时间内产生的发光效应。结论

Objective:The study the immune mechanism of antineoplastization of corynebacterium pavum (Cp). Method:The chemiluminmetry(CL) was used to detect the activating effects in vitro of Cp on peritoneal macrophages and splenic lymphocytes in mice.Result:CL effect of activated cells in a short time might be determined by CL so fastly.Conclusion:CP,which effectively non_specific activated macrophages and lymphocytes,could give the rein to the regulatory action for biological response.
