The paper indicates the connotation of the resource-saving and environment-friendly campus,and explores the general planning for the resource-saving and environment-friendly campus by combining with the requirement of the scientific development view,so as to improve the utility efficiency of the resources,enhance the ecological environment,and strengthen the teaching capacity.
