汕头地区人群220份单纯疱疹病毒的抗体测定

Determination of Neutralizing Antibody of Herpes Simplex Virus in 220 Cases in Shantou Area

目的 :了解汕头地区单纯疱疹病毒 (HSV)感染情况。方法 :用中和抗体法检测汕头地区 1 70名 2 0～ 4 0岁妇女和 5 0名2个月～ 8岁儿童的血清标本。结果 :HSVI型阳性率妇女组 5 1 8%,儿童组 3 0 %;两组比较妇女组明显高于儿童组 (P <0 0 1 ) ;HSVⅡ型阳性率两组分别为 4 8 8%和 4 0 %,两组比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论

Objective:To investigate the infection condition of herpes simplex virus(HSV) in Shantou area.Method:The neutralizing antibody method was used to determinate serum specimexs on 170 women of 20 to 40 years old and 50 children of 2 months to 8 years old.Result:The positive rate of HSVⅠfor women group (51 8%) was higher than that of children group (30%) significantly (P<0 01),which of HSVⅡwas 48 8% and 40% in two groups,respectively,and no significant difference between groups (P>0 05).Conclusion:It is suggested that HSV infection existed in Shantou area.
