摘要
针对某商住楼构件火灾的现象,介绍了火灾后房屋安全鉴定的程序和内容,结合GB 50292-1999民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准和JGJ 125-99危险房屋鉴定标准,进行了房屋结构损坏综合评定。
Combining with GB 50292-1999 Reliable Identification Standard of Civil Buildings and the JGJ 125-99 Identification Standards for Dangerous Houses,the paper aiming at the component fire accidents in some building,introduces the procedures and contents of the house safety identification after fire accidents,and undertakes the comprehensive damage evaluation of the house structure.
