The paper analyzes the reasons for the water apron＇s fracture and settlement of houses,points out some factual measures,including the guarantee of earthwork backfill density,the addition of pipeline reservation channel under the water apron,the extension of the distance between the green belt and the water apron,and the prevention the free water from soaking the backfilled soil,so as to have the effective treatment over the quality common diseases of the water apron＇s fracture and settlement.
