摘要
本文讨论了二元光学器件作为象质补偿器应用于大视场时的情况,并采用Zemax 软件设计了适用于紫外波段的折/衍混合系统。光学系统的焦距f= 13mm ,F/# =2.5,λc=0 .285μm ,2ω= 60°。通过比较两种材料和两种平衡象差的方案。
It was discussed that binary optical element was as aberrations corrector in large field in this article.Using Zemax optical design program we designed a Hybrid Reflective/Diffractive System used in UV light.The system with the following parameters:f=13mm,F/#=2.5,λ c=0.285μm,2ω=60°.We obtained the satisfying results by comparing two material and two designs.
