The paper analyzes the current condition for Liangmadayong in Foshan city of Guangdong and the planning conditions for the first ring of Foshan city,and points out the methods for the diversion project design for Liangmadayong,so as to lay the theoretic foundation for playing the role of water diversion and storm drainage.
