从托板的控制入手,针对集卷初始设计的局限性,提出了相应的改造方案,并总结了集卷控制系统的常见故障及解决办法,通过改造解决了托板失速坠落的问题,从设计的角度为设备的可靠运行提供了安全保障。

From the control of the support plate,the paper,aiming at the limitation of the reel collecting primary design,points out the respective reconstruction scheme,sums up some common problems and solutions in the reel collecting control system,through reconstruction,and solves the falling of the support plate caused by the stalling speed,so as to provide the security guarantee for the reliable operation of the equipment from the design aspect.
