Combining with the concept of the engineering costs,the paper explores the control over the engineering costs,analyzes the relationship between the decision-making in construction program and the costs,and illustrates the controlling measures for the engineering costs in the design stage and the controlling points for the engineering costs in the construction stage,so as to control the engineering costs maximally and maximize the investment benefits.
