高层建筑节能改造技术研究

Study on high-rise building energy-saving technical renovation

针对冬冷夏热地区高层建筑节能改造现状的研究,提出了高层建筑节能改造的关键技术方案和具体措施,从高层建筑物的墙体、地面、屋面、门窗等方面提出了有效的节能改造技术,推进了冬冷夏热地区既有建筑节能改造的进程,提高了已有建筑的节能效率,降低了建筑能耗,增强了建筑物舒适性,保证了城市环境的可持续发展。

In light of the study on high-rlse building energy-saving technical renovation status in hot summer and cold winter zone, this paper proposes critical technique scheme and specific measures for high-rise building energy-saving renovation, and puts forward effective energy-saving renovation techniques from aspects of wall, floor, roof, and doors and windows etc. Thus, it promotes the progress of existing buildings energy- saving renovation in hot summer and cold winter zone, improves the energy-saving efficiency of existing buildings, reduces the building energy consumption, strengthens the comfortability of the buildings, and ensures the sustainable development of urban environment.
