Combining with self working experience, this paper discusses how to do well in hydraulic engineering supervision work, respectively expounds inspector＇s duties, management system, special techniques, and quality control four aspects, and points out that supervision enterprise should strengthen self internal training, strengthens law consciousness, and strictly control quality, so as to do the supervision work well.
