摘要
根据援外成套项目投标报价特点,结合工作实践,对援外成套项目投标报价构成及其影响因素进行了研究,就如何提高投标报价得分提出了相应的对策,并对如何提高标书质量提出一些建议,达到切实提高企业援外项目中标率的目的。
In accordance with specialties of bidding price for China-aided projects, a study on bidding price structure and its influencing factor has been made for China-aided projects through work practice. Strategies on how to increase score of bidding price is presented subsequently. Further more, several suggestions are made on how to improve quality of bidding documents, with a view to achieve the purpose of virtually improring successful tender rate of China-aided projects.
