摘要
对施工企业目前所面临的现状进行了分析,就工程项目的成本管理作了探讨,并提出了如何进行工程项目成本管理的方法,达到了企业增效员工增收的双赢效果。
This paper analyzes status facing for construction enterprises, discusses the engineering project cost management, and puts forward engineering project cost management methods. As a result, it achieves the win-win effect of enterprise efficiency increasing and staff income increasing.
