从代建制的概念入手,分析了灾后重建项目应用代建制的必然性,并提出了代建制的应用所面临的问题,最后对代建制在灾后重建中的应用提出了一些意见、建议,以指导代建制在灾区重建工作中发挥应有的作用。

Starting from the concept of agent construction system, this thesis analyzes necessity of the application of agent construction system in disaster reconstruction project, puts forward problems for agent construction system facing, and finally proposes some views and proposals for the application of agent construction system disaster reconstruction, with a view to guide the application of agent construction system in disaster reconstruction.
