摘要
以《物权法》中相关规定为依据,针对新的《城镇燃气管理条例》中第十九条第一款内容进行了探讨,分析了建筑区划内业主专有部分以外燃气设施的权属问题,并提出了建议,以指导实践。
According to relevant norms of Property Law, it discusses the content of paragraph 1 in article 19 of Urban Gas Management Regulations, analyzes the gas facilities management authority excluding owner exclusive parts in architectural regionalization, and proposes suggestions, so as to guide practice.
