对近年逐渐发展的代建制工程项目管理进行了初步分析,从代建制的优势、不足、实施特点等多个方面多角度进行论述,以期全方位展示代建制在当今工程管理领域的应用,在全面分析的基础上,探索性提出代建制工程管理的完善建议。

This paper makes preliminary analysis on growing agent construction system project management, discusses its advantages, defects, and implementation features, so as to fully display its application in current engineering management domain. Based on comprehensive analysis, it proposes suggestions for improving agent construction system engineering management.
