以光敏树酯作为转印介质用于软基片光栅的复制

Using optical light sensitive adhesive as transfer medium to duplicate the soft substrate relief holographic grating on to the hard base material

提出了以光敏树酯作为转印介质、利用软基片母栅将光栅直接复制或传递到工件表面的光栅复制法。这种全息光栅的复制工艺不同于硬基片光栅的“真空镀膜一次法”；也不同于模压复制法，无需多代复制、工艺简便，复制时软基片母栅通过光敏介质与工件表面结合均匀性较好，并可复制到园柱面工件上。本文给出了该工艺的基本流程及光敏树酯的配制。

This paper presents a new process that uses optical light adhesive as transfer medium to duplicate the soft substrate relief holographic grating on the hard base material directly.The process is neither similar to embossing duplication nor“vacuum coating duplication method”.It is such a process that the multiple generation duplication is not necessary.The process is simple.The soft substrate holographic gratings can be much homogeneously compacted on the surface of hard base material and can be duplicated on the surface of circular column.The basic process diagram and experment result is presented with a brief analysis in this paper also.
