Study on the Situation and Management Measures of Emergency Department Patient Safety in Harbin

运用分层随机抽样的方法,在哈尔滨市抽取5家三级和5家二级综合医院的急诊科作为研究对象,从人力资源管理、工作量、核心制度管理、沟通与协作、急救设施管理、医疗差错管理等6个方面进行了急诊科病人安全管理现状研究。

Stratified random sampling method was used to extract 5 tertiary general hospitals and 5 secondary general hospitals as the research object in Harbin. The status of patient safety management in Emergency Department is researched from 6 aspects, which are human resource management, workload, core-systems; communication and collaboration, first-aid facilities management, and medical error management.
