心血管疾病患者连续护理认知水平测评量表的构建

Design and Establishment of Survey Scale of Cognitive Level on Continuous Nursing Care for Patients withCardiovascular Disease

目的研制心血管疾病患者连续护理认知水平测评量表,并检验其信效度。方法在参阅大量国内外文献的基础上,针对心血管疾病患者的连续护理需求,经咨询专家,编制了包括4个维度、62个条目的心血管疾病患者连续护理认知水平测评量表。请5位专家评阅,测算量表的效度;选取200名心血管疾病患者进行预试验调查,检验其信度。结果形成心血管疾病患者连续护理认知水平测评量表,量表内容效度系数为0.8418,所有条目均与其所属维度相关;各维度与总分的相关系数r=0.873～0.968;各维度及总量表内部一致性信度Cranbach's α=0.902 0～0.9838。结论该量表具有良好的可信度、稳定性和准确性,可作为心血管疾病患者连续性护理知识掌握程度的测评量表。

Objective To develop a survey scale of cognitive level on continuous nursing care for patients with cardio- vascular and test its reliability and validity. Methods Based on the large number of literatures both at home and abroad, a survey scale of cognitive level for patients with cardiovascular was designed in consultation with experts. The scale included 4 dimensions and 62 items, and was focused on the continuous nursing demand of patients with cardiovascular disease. The validity of the scale was estimated by 5 experts and its reliability was tested by a pilot survey on 200 choosen patients with cardiovascular disease. Results A survey scale of cognitive level on continuous nursing care for patients with cardiovascular disease was established. Its content validity coefficient was 0.841 8. All the items were related to their own dimensions. The relative coefficient of individual dimension and overall scores were ranging from 0.873 to 0.968; the internal consistent reliability of each dimension and overall scale were ranging from 0.902 0 to 0.983 8. Conclusion This scale has satisfactory reliability, stability and validity, and can be used as survey scale to evaluate the cognitive level on continuing nursing care for patients with cardiovascular disease.
