矿产资源接续的路径选择——基于东北老工业基地振兴的战略思考

The Path Choice of Mineral Resources Development and Continuous Utilization——Strategic Thinking Based on Revitalizing Northeast Old Industrial Base

东北老工业基地振兴对矿产资源提出了更大的需求。但经过半个多世纪的强力开采和利用,矿产资源短缺问题日益突出。本文认为,矿产资源接续对实现东北老工业基地振兴具有关键意义。本文提出,矿产资源接续的路径选择应是实施"双向发展战略","开源、节流、替代"三线推进,以保障东北老工业基地振兴的矿产资源有效供给。

The revitalization of northeast old industrial base has greater demand for mineral resources.After half a century＇s mining and utilization,the shortage of mineral resources has become increasingly prominent.This paper argues that the mineral resources development and continuous utilization is critical to the revitalization of northeast old industrial base.Researchers realized that the path choice of mineral resources development and continuous utilization should implement＂two-way development strategy＂,promote by＂Open Source,throttling and substitution＂to the effective supply of mineral resources for the revitalization of northeast old industrial base.
