企业项目投资决策方法综述——兼论四维决策框架体系

Review on Enterprise Project Investment Decision Methodology——A New Four-Dimensional Investment Decision Framework System

随着经济社会的快速发展,对基础设施建设的需求日益增长,一些基础设施领域的大型国有企业根据国家的要求不断加大投资力度,企业如何科学进行投资决策显得越来越重要。本文在简要综述、总结当前企业项目投资决策的基础理论和方法的基础上,提出了一个由投资项目自身的技术经济学特征、市场竞争特征、外部环境特征和企业自身特征等要素构成的项目投资四维决策框架体系,并结合电网企业的特点简要分析了该四维框架模型的应用设想,最后提出了进一步深化研究和强化应用该模型的具体建议。

With the rapid development of the economy and the society,there is a growing requirement on infrastructure construction,and some large state-owned enterprises in the infrastructure area are increasing project investment continuously according to the arrangement of the government,and it seems increasingly important for these enterprises to make scientific investment decision.This paper reviews and summarizes the present basic theories and methodologies on enterprise project investment decision briefly,then it formulates a new four-dimensional investment decision framework system which includes the technological economic characteristics of the project,the market competition characteristics,the external environmental characteristics and the enterprise own characteristics.It also analyzes the application plan of the four-dimensional investment decision framework model in the grid corporations.In the end,the further deepening research and the strengthening application of the model are proposed.
