摘要 为改进稀土三基色荧光粉中蓝粉BaMgAl10O17:Eu2+(BAM)的光衰问题,目前,国内外解决这个问题的途径主要有:掺杂、调整化学组分、采用新合成工艺、表面包覆、寻找新蓝色荧光粉材料等,其中引起广泛注意的是在BAM表面包膜。在BAM荧光粉表面包膜可以解决由于电性和表面化学活性造成的荧光粉性能的下降,并可以提高其发光性能。文章介绍了BAM荧光粉的研究现状,目前应用于BAM的表面包覆技术,以及存在的一些问题,并对荧光粉表面包覆技术的未来发展做出了展望。 For solving the problem on the degradation of light efficient of BAM phosphor, at present, there are mainly way to solve this problem, such as dope, adjustment of chemical components, surface-coating, search a new blue phosphor material and so on. The surface coating technology of BAM phosphor has drawn extensive attention. The problem resulting from surface electricity and chemical activity of phosphor can be solved by coating phosphor surface with inorganic or inorganic material. Also, surface coating can promote the phosphor luminescence performance. Current research situation for BAM was introduced, the surface coating technology of phosphor and the influence of coating on phosphor's physic and luminescence performance were also introduced. And its future development trends were also forecasted.
