摘要
采用稀硝酸(3.00mol/L)在超声条件下对多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)进行氧化提纯,将羧基等官能团接枝到碳纳米管的侧壁。用透射电镜、热重分析仪和红外光谱考察了纳米管长度和羧基含量随氧化时间和温度的变化。结果表明:氧化时间12h,温度65℃,既可以纯化碳纳米管,在侧壁引入活性基团,还可以保持碳纳米管的原有性能。
Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) were purified by dilute nitric acid under ultrasonic condition, there were some carboxyl groups on the side walls. By TEM, TG and IR spectrum explored the change of length of MWNTs and the content of carboxyl groups at different time and temperature. Results showed that when reaction time was 12h, temperature was 65℃, MWNTs were purified, the carboxyl groups were more and the properties of the MWNTs were remain.
