The old reinforced concrete triangular gates of Qinglonggang lock at Jian-gsu Province have been used for many years. As they were damaged seriously, thorough repair must be taken. This paper gives summary description on the construction processes of replacement works, in which a set of new steel triangular roller gates were replaced.
