摘要
高浓度环境铅暴露可对胎婴儿神经系统造成不利影响,而低水平环境铅暴露也可导致婴幼儿认知、记忆、情感等方面发育不良。与此同时,孕期心理应激也可能对胎婴儿神经发育造成不良影响。本文就孕妇同时存在上述心理应激和铅暴露时,对胎婴儿神经系统发育的联合作用效应及其相关机制做一综述。
Literature shows that not only high-concentration environmental lead exposure can cause adverse influnece on the neural systems of fetuses /infants,even the low levels of environmental lead exposure can cause dysplasia in the aspects of cognition,memory,feeling and etc.Meanwhile,the psychological stimulation acception during pregnancy may also cause adverse impact on neuro-developmental of fetuses and infants.This article will make a brief review on the combined functions and relative mechanisms,when a pregnant woman experiences psychological stimulation acception and lead exposure.
