百叶窗式倍增系统场分布的二维有限元模拟计算

2 Dimensional Finite Element Method Calculation of Venetian Blind Type Multiplier System

本文应用二维有限元方法对光电倍增管的百叶窗式倍增系统在有栅网和没有栅网时的电场分布进行了计算，并根据计算结果提出了提高二次电子发射的方法。

In this paper, the 2 dimensional finite element method is used to analyze the field distribution of venetian blind type multiplier of phototube with grid net or not. The method to improve secondary electron emission is given according to the calculation results.
