浅谈建设工程项目管理信息化

Discussion on Informationization of Construction Project Management

项目管理信息化在我国发展应该大有前景,建设一条信息化程度高、预算控制好、资源消耗低、确保工期和进度、计划透明的新型建设管理道路,不仅提高了政府主管部门和建设施工企业的管理水平、管理效率,而且为项目建成后企事业单位的信息化打好了物质和精神的基础。本文对我国的工程项目管理信息化现状进行了分析,指出其问题所在,并结合实际情况,论述了应该怎样提升我国的项目管理信息化水平。

Project management information will have great development prospects in China,the construction of a high degree of information,good budgetary control,low resource consumption,ensured duration and progress with transparent plan new construction management road not only could improve the management level and efficiency of government authorities and construction enterprises,but also lay the material and spiritual foundation for enterprise and public institution informatization after completion.In this paper,China＇s informatization situation of project management is analyzed with the problem pointed,and with the actual situation,how to enhance our level of project management information is discussed.
