罗赛雷斯大坝加高工程的反滤料设计级配的优化

摘要 罗赛雷斯大坝加高工程的反滤料(7A料)是通过系统加工生产成型的物料,受原物料设计级配曲线窄的影响,系统的成品生产能力较低,无法满足土石坝的填筑进度及整个工程的工期要求,因而成品反滤料的生产成为整个土石坝工程的关键,为增大系统成品生产能力,我们根据现场实际情况对原物料级配曲线进行了设计优化,扩大了级配曲线范围,进而提高了成品料物的生产能力,加快了填筑进度,满足了土石坝的施工工期要求。 Roseires dam heightening filter materials(7A material)is formed by the material processing system,designed by the raw material of narrow size distribution curve,the finished production capacity is very low,which is unable to meet embankment dam progress and schedule requirements throughout the project,therefore,finished filter materials production is key to the entire dam project,in order to increase the system capacity of finished products,we design and optimize grading curve of original material according to the actual situation,expanding the range of gradation curve,thereby increasing the production capacity of finished material and speeding up the progress of the filling to meet the requirements of the dam's construction period.
