摘要
某工程的基础底板为大体积混凝土构件,为确保混凝土的施工质量,除须满足强度及抗渗等级等项指标外,关键要严格控制混凝土在硬化过程中水化热引起的内外温差,防止因温度应力造成混凝土产生裂缝。因此,在实际施工中采取了一系列技术措施对混凝土施工进行温度控制。
The basis of a project is a large volume concrete element,to ensure the quality of concrete construction,in addition to meet the strength and impermeability grade and other indexes,the key is to strictly control the temperature difference between inside and outside caused by hardening process of concrete in the heat of hydration and prevent concrete cracks caused by thermal stress.Therefore,a series of technical measures are adopted in actual construction has taken for temperature control of concrete construction.
