随着经济的发展,建筑市场异常的活跃。如何适应新的形势,规范承发包交易行为,维护建筑招投标的公开、公平、竞争有序,是摆在我们面前的一个重要课题。文章主要分析了如何规范我国的招投标市场秩序。
With the development of economy,the construction market is very active.How to adapt to the new situation and standardize the trading behavior and protect the openness,fairness and competition of construction tending and bidding is an important issue we are facing now.The paper discussed how to regulate the market order of China＇s tending and bidding market.
