摘要
高校图书馆危机管理的能力与成效直接关系到图书馆服务的质量及声誉,甚至关系到学校的整体形象。本文根据危机的强度与频度对高校图书馆的危机进行分级,并制定相应的预警和对策,为高校图书馆危机管理提供了一个全新的管理模式。
The ability and effectiveness of university library crisis management are directly related to library services quality and reputation,even to the school's overall image.Based on the intensity and frequency of the crisis,the university library crises are graded,and appropriate early warning and response are made,providing a new management model for crisis management of university library.
