Guidance reading is the important part of university library readers work and the effective means to embody library education function.University library carries out the guidance work to students to reduce the randomness and blindness reading of college students.The paper points out the author＇s view on the meaning of guidance,the qualifications,the measures taken and the contents introduction and on how to grasp the psychological reading tendency of readers and reading behavior to effectively improve college students＇ quality for the better adapt of knowledge economic times demand for talent.
