急诊单纯球囊扩张治疗冠状动脉瘤样扩张伴血栓形成1例 被引量：2

摘要 1 病例介绍 患者,男,52岁.因＂突发胸骨后疼痛2 h＂于2009-07-07入院.患者于2 h前无明显诱因突然出现胸骨后胀痛,并向右上肢放射,伴出汗、黑蒙约2 min,无恶心、呕吐,无咳嗽、咳痰,无意识丧失.疼痛持续30 min逐渐减轻,但未完全缓解.就诊当地医院,行心电图检查示：Ⅱ、Ⅲ、aVF、V7～9 ST段抬高0.2～0.3 mV,转至我院.
