摘要
应用有限元法、试验、数理统计等综合分析方法,对金属波纹管低周疲劳寿命及其可靠性进行研究和探讨。通过波纹管材料疲劳寿命试验、软件仿真分析、产品疲劳寿命试验及相关数据研究,金属波纹管的疲劳寿命呈威布尔分布规律,其寿命分散度也较大。在实际产品设计时将有限元仿真分析、工程设计和试验有机地结合在一起,研究波纹管的可靠寿命和安全系数,能够提高设计精度和可靠性。
Finite element method, test and mathematical statistics, comprehensive analysis methods, low -cycle fatigue life and reliability of metal bellows go along some research and discussion. Through the material fatigue life of bellows testing, software simulation, product fatigue life testing and research of relevant data, the fatigue life of metal bellows was Weibull distribution, have greater dispersion of its life. Should be in the actual design of the finite element simulation, engineering design and testing of organic combination, research reliable life and safety factor of bellows, can increase design accuracy and reliability.
