摘要
基于Bingham黏塑性流体模型,对磁流变传动装置的工作原理及设计方法进行理论分析,在此分析的基础上设计和制作装置样机,并对其进行试验测试。结果表明,装置传递的转矩可以通过调节励磁电流来控制,传递转矩的试验测试结果与理论分析结果基本吻合;装置传递的转矩基本不随滑差转速的改变而改变,具有良好的恒转矩特性;装置还具有很快的动态响应性能;文中的分析原理和方法是可行的,对磁流变传动装置的可靠设计和性能分析提供依据。
Working principle and design criteria for magneto-rheological transmission device(MRTD) were analyzed based on Bingham viscoplastic model.A prototype of MRTD was designed and manufactured,some experiments about it had been done.The experimental results reveal that the transfer torque of MRTD can be controlled by adjusting the exciting current.The testing data for transfer torque of MRTD are coincident with the theoretical ones.MRTD has a good constant-torque performance and its transfer torque almost maintains a constant value with variation of slipping speed.MRTD also has a fast dynamic response characteristic.The analysis method presented is reasonable,which provide key guidance for reliable design and efficient control of MRTD.
