一种多孔质石墨渗透系数测量方法的研究

摘要 在考虑气体的可压缩性和气体在多孔介质里的流动存在惯性损失的前提下,给出一种测量多孔质石墨渗透系数的方法。在自行设计的测试系统上进行实验,测量得出供气压力与体积流量和流速的对应关系,并计算求得多孔质石墨的渗透系数。采用该方法计算得出在渗透系数取实验值时供气压力与体积流量和流速的对应关系,与实验测量结果具有很好的一致性,证明该方法的正确性。 It has presented a specific method to measure the permeability of porous graphite,taking into account the compressibility of gas and the existence of inertial loss when gas is flowing through porous media.According to the experiments implemented on the self-manufactured rig,a series of data was produced,revealing the correlation among gas pressure,volume flux and velocity.And thus the permeability of the porous graphite was obtained through calculation.In addition,based on the same permeability and method,it has testified the correlation among gas pressure,volume flux and velocity.As a result,good agreement has been achieved between the experiment and the numerical calculation result.And it has also approved the feasibility of the measurement.
