摘要
回顾商用车空气弹簧的发展和研究概况。运用有限元方法在ABAQUS软件中建立空气弹簧的模型,并对其弹性特性进行仿真计算。在所建有限元模型中,用Rebar单元模拟帘线复合材料,用符合流体静力学条件的流体单元模拟空气弹簧内部的压缩气体。通过将仿真结果与在MTS831弹性元件测试系统中的空气弹簧弹性特性试验结果进行对比,验证静态仿真可行性和精确性。对空气弹簧的初始内压和帘线层的各项设计参数进行灵敏度分析,结果表明,帘线角和帘线间距对空气弹簧静态特性的影响较大,二者均为较容易改变的设计参数;帘线角和帘线层数对空气弹簧动态特性的影响较大。分析结果可为同类空气弹簧的设计与优化提供参考。
The past progress in the study of air spring was reviewed.A 3D model of an air spring was carried out with finite element analysis(FEA) software ABAQUS to study the influence of curtain-line layer’s parameters on the characteristics of the air spring.Shell elements were used to build the FEA model and rebar structure was adopted to simulate the curtain-line layers.The air in the cavity of air spring was represented by the hydrostatic fluid elements of ABAQUS.The calculated stiffness characteristics of air spring were studied.The static results from the simulation coincided well with the experimental data gathering by the MTS831 elastic component testing system.With the proposed model the stiffness performances of air spring were estimated under different inflation pressure and curtain-line layer’s parameters,utilizing sensitivity analysis method.The study reveals that: the angle of curtain-line and the spacing of curtain-line have more influences on the static characteristics of air spring,and they could be altered easily;the angle of curtain-line and the number of layers of curtain-line have more influences on the dynamic characteristics of air spring.There is certain referencing significance for the design and optimizing of air spring of the same kind.
