基于关联维数和小波分析的转子系统碰摩故障分析 被引量:3

摘要 利用转子实验台,通过调整转定子间隙,对转子系统启动过程发生的碰摩故障进行模拟,采集其位移响应,进而计算不同时间段下的关联维数,得到关联维数随碰摩发展程度的演变规律及其不同碰摩程度的过渡区,最后利用重排小波尺度图对碰摩过渡区域进行详细的特征提取。结果表明,结合关联维数和重排小波尺度图,可以更好地了解碰摩发展过程,进而可以更好地识别早期碰摩故障。 Rub-impact is simulated by adjusting rotor-stator clearance during the startup for a rotor system in a test rig.The displacement signal is collected,then correlation dimensions are computed in different time segments and evolution law of correlation dimension changing with rub-impact development and different rub-impact intensity transition regions are determined.Finally,detailed fault features are extracted for rub-impact transition regions by using reassigned wavelet scalogram.The results show that rub-impact development process can be well investigated and early rub-impact can be well identified combining correlation with reassigned wavelet scalogram.
