摘要 分析了轴向橡胶垫A类项点(200万次常规疲劳+15万次强化疲劳)不合格的原因,从铁件(2)材质、冲压成型工艺、金属骨架处理工艺、胶料性能和产品结构设计等5个方面进行改进试制,并对试制品进行了疲劳试验。结果表明,前4种因素都不足以保证产品具有预期的疲劳寿命,而在不影响产品接口及功能的情况下对产品结构进行适当改进是解决问题的根本办法。改进后产品的批量生产表明,改进方案不仅保证了产品的疲劳寿命,而且降低了铁件(2)的采购要求,降低了生产成本。 The causes to Class A points(2 million routine fatigue + 0.15 million intensified fatigue) of axial rubber cushion being unqualified are analyzed. The improvement prototype is made from 5 aspects of iron part(2) material,press molding technology, metal frame processing technology,rubber material performance and product structure design,and fatigue test is made on the prototype products.The result shows that the former four factors are not sufficient to ensure that the products have the prospected fatigue life.However, with the precondition of not affecting product interfaces and functions,proper improvement on the product structure is the fundamental method to solve the problem. The batch production of the improved products shows that the improvement scheme not only improves the fatigue life of products,but also reduces the purchase requirements of iron part(2) and reduces the cost of production.
