摘要 以烷基多苷(APG)为原料、氯乙基磺酸钠为磺化剂,合成了烷基多苷乙基磺酸钠(sAPG),考察了sAPG及其复配体系的水溶性、表面活性及泡沫性能等。结果表明,sAPG600的水溶性、表面活性和泡沫性能较APG600有明显的改善,而sAPG650的性能与APG650相当;在sAPG600/CAO,sAPG600/CAB体系中,当m(sAPG600)∶m(CAO)和m(sAPG600)∶m(CAB)=1∶4~4∶1时具有明显的增效作用,分子间存在良好的协同作用,并用动态光散射验证了sAPG600/CAO,sAPG600/CAB体系中混合胶束的存在。 Sodium alkyl polyglycosides ethylsulfonate (sAPG) was prepared by treating alkyl polyglycosides with sodium 2 - chloroethylsulfonate monohydrate as sulfonation agent. Performances of sAPG and its blends such as water soluble property, surface activity and foaming property et al were examined. Results showed that water soluble property, surface activity and foaming property of sAPG600 are significantly better than that of APG600. In blend system of sAPG600/CAO (nonionic surfactant) as well as blend system of sAPG600/CAB ( amphoteric surfactant) when the ratio m ( sAPG600 ) : m ( CAO ) as well as ratio m (sAPG) : m ( CAB ), lie from 1 : 4 to 4 : 1, the surface activities are significantly reinforced as compared with that of any single component of the systems. It indicates that there is good synergic effect between the different surfactant molecules. Existence of complex micelle in the blend surfactant system has been verified by applying dynamic light scattering (DLS) study.
