摘要
建立了化妆品中苯扎溴铵的高效液相色谱分析法。采用φ(甲酸)=0.5%的甲醇溶液超声提取样品,以CAPCELLPAK SCX色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)分离,流动相为40 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液(含φ=0.1%三乙胺,调pH=4.0)和乙腈(梯度洗脱),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长215 nm,柱温25℃,进样量10μL。该方法的检出限50 mg/kg,线性范围5.0~200.0μg/mL,加标回收率92.4%~97.3%,相对标准偏差为3.41%~6.56%。
A HPLC method for determination of benzalkonium bromide in cosmetics was established. The sample was ultrasonic extracted with methanol (containing φ = 0. 5% formic acid). The HPLC separation was carried out on a CAPCELL PAK SCX column (4. 6 mm ×150 mm,5 μm) with mobile phase of 40 mmol/L ammonium acetate solution (containing φ= 0. 1% triethylamine ) and acetonitrile with gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detecting wavelength was 215 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃ ,and the injection volume was 10 μL. The limit of detection was 50 mg/kg. The linear plots were obtained between 5.0μg/mL and 200. 0μg/mL. Overall recoveries were between 92. 4% and 97.3% with RSD values between 3.41% and 6.56%.
