摘要
对铝合金镀膜的难点、镀膜原理进行分析,提出了较为简单的工艺方法,实验证明,采用该方法镀膜可以满足T/R组件的低温可钎焊性要求。
The principle and difficulty of plating on aluminium alloy was analyzed in this paper. A simple process was presented. The plating film obtained by this process can meet the requirement of soldering on T/R assembly,which was proved by the experiment.
