摘要
通过动态力学分析仪对分散在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯中不同尺寸的镓颗粒的熔化行为进行了研究,观察到镓颗粒4个固液相变力学损耗峰,分别对应于镓稳态相(-αGa)和3个不同亚稳相(-βGa、-γGa和-δGa),结果证明不同尺寸颗粒的熔化行为不同。建立了一个唯像模型以解释固-液相变力学损耗峰形成的机理。
Gallium particles dispersed in polymethyl methaxrylate were prepared by ultrasonic vibration and sedimentation method and the melting behaviors were studied by the dynamic mechanical analyses. It is the first time that four mechanical dissipation peaks, related to phase transitions from solid α-Ga, β-Ga, γ-Ga and δ-Ga phases to liquid are observed, and a phenomenological model is suggested to explain the mechanical dissipation peaks. The relations between the phase structures and size of gallium were also discussed.
