Spinning Experience of JWF1302A Drawing Frame

介绍JWF1302A型并条机的生产试验情况。在同等喂入条件下纺CJ 11.7 tex纱,通过JWF1302A型并条机与FA306A型并条机纺纱对比试验、升速试验、自调匀整装置对质量的影响试验、阶跃试验以及匀整合格率试验,结果表明,带自调匀整JWF1302A型并条机生产精梳品种时采用单道并合,可降低棉条重量不匀率,定量调整方便,成纱质量稳定。

Production test situation of JWF1302A drawing machine was introduced. In same feeding condition CJ11.7 tex yarn was spun on JWF1302A drawing machines anti FA306A drawing machines. Spinning contrast test, increase speed test,effect of auto leveler device on quality,step test and evenness pass rate test were contrasted. The test result shows that cotton sliver weight unevenness rate could be reduced, weight per unit could be adjusted conveniently and finish yarn could be stable when adopting single drawing in producing combed product on JWF1302A drawing machine.
