柔丝纤维交织装饰织物的生产实践

Production of Rousi Interweave Decorative Fabric

探讨以柔丝纤维与棉混纺纱作经纱,以纯柔丝纤维纱作纬纱功能性装饰织物的生产技术要点。整经采用"偏中张力,中速度,均匀卷绕"的工艺原则,浆纱采用"中渗透,重被覆"的工艺原则,织造以减少纬停次数为原则,通过生产实践认为:上机织造时要严格对主、辅喷嘴压力进行调整,才能保证织机效率在85%以上,织机断经、断纬较少,布面质量及风格良好。

Production technology key points of functional decorative fabric were discussed. Rousi fiber and cotton blended yarn was selected as warp,pure rousi yarn was selected as weft. In warping process,processing of medium tension and speed, even winding were adopted. In sizing processing, processing of medium soakage heavier coverage was adopted. In weaving process, principle of reducing weft stop number was adopted. Through practice it is considered that main nozzle and auxiliary nozzle pressure should be adjusted strictly,finally loom efficiency could be above 85% ,broken warp and broken weft are less, fabric surface quality and style are better.
