摘要
根据风电偏航轴承实际承受载荷情况,采用理论设计计算方法,对兆瓦级偏航轴承的沟道结构进行了设计,校核了轴承的静载能力和动态寿命,并采用有限元分析方法,建立了轴承的三维有限元仿真模型,应用典型的联合载荷和倾覆力矩,施加边界条件,对轴承模型进行疲劳寿命分析,理论设计计算和有限元仿真的方法都证明,所设计的轴承结构满足使用要求。
According to the actual withstanding wind loads of wind power generator yaw bearings, using theoretical design and calculation methods, it was designed for megawatt yaw bearing on the raceway groove structure, and checked the static load bearing capacity and dynamic life. Afterwards, a three-dimensional model was established for yaw bearings using the finite element analysis method, the fatiguing life analysis of bearing model was specifically conducted based on united loads, overturning moment and boundary conditions. Then, the fatiguing life numerical simulation including contact stress, strain, and fatigue life was acquired for wind power generator yaw bearings in the loading process. Eventually, theoretical design calculations and the finite element simulation results were verified the proposed design meets the application requirements and can guarantee the calculation precision.
