血清前白蛋白、丁酰胆碱酯酶和腺苷脱氨酶在肝硬化Child—Pugh分级中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究血清前白蛋白(PA)、丁酰胆碱酯酶(BuChE)和腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)的检测在肝硬化Child—Pugh分级中的应用价值。方法测定87例肝硬化患者和50例健康人血清PA、BuChE和ADA及肝功能指标(包括白蛋白、胆红素、丙氨酸氨基转移酶),并按Child分级标准进行分组比较。结果肝硬化组PA含量和BuChE活性较正常对照组显著降低(P〈0.01),ADA活性明显升高(P〈0.01);按Child—Pugh分级,PA含量和BuChE活性随肝硬化的程度加重而降低,ADA活性则随肝硬化的程度加重而升高,各级之间差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论血清PA含量、BuChE和ADA活性的检测对判断肝硬化程度具有重要的指导意义,可作为肝硬化患者病情诊断和预后判断的指标。 Objective To study the clinical value of serum prealbumin (PA) and butyrylcholinesterase(BuChE) and adenosine deaminase(ADA) in Child- Pugh classification of cirrhosis. Methods Eighty - seven serum samples of patients with cirrhosis and 50 serum samples of the healthy were detected for PA, BuChE and ADA, while hepatic functional indexes:serum albumin,total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase were also detected,and the patients were classified according to the Child- Pugh score. Results Compared with the results of healthy group, the level of PA and the activity of BuChE sharply declined in cirrhotic patients, while the serum ADA level increased significantly. According to the Child -Pugh classification, PA, BuChE and ADA in different groups varied obviously. Conclusions The level of PA and the activity of BuChE, ADA in serum have an important significance in diagnosing the extent of liver damage, which can be regarded as effective indexes on diagnosis of patients' state and prognostic evaluation of cirrhosis.
