国内文献提供机构不断壮大,影响力不断提高,随之出现的版权风险、营运危机已经开始不断影响机构和服务的自身发展。该文为国内的文献提供机构提出一个知识产权解决方案的框架,同时以该框架为基础为CASHL提出应对措施,保障其可持续发展。

Since Domestic Document Supply institutions are growing constantly and increasing their influence, the copyright risk and operational crisis have begun to affect the development of institutions and services. This paper provides a framework of intellectual property solution for these institutions. The cor- responding measures for CASHL based on the framework are put forward, so that CASHL can safeguard its sustainable development.
