摘要
"十一五"期间,一批先进实用的科技成果进入宁夏水利建设主战场,提高了水利工程建设管理的科技含量。通过现状分析,提出了"十二五"宁夏水利科技完善基础设施、强化支撑能力、推进改革创新、引领水利事业又好又快发展的构想。
During the ＂Eleventh Five-Year＂period, one batch of advanced practical scientific and technical payoffs are applied to water conservation construction in Ningxia, which raised technology content of water conservancy project management. Based on analysis of the present situation, suggestions for water conservation science and technology in Ningxia during ＂Twelfth Five-Year＂period such as improving infrastructure, strengthening support ability, advancing reform innovation are given.
