Peoples of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture seize country's great developnent of the west,helping the poor and development,central China rise and other strategic opportunities,actively explore the road of the integration of rural grass-roots governance and shaking off poverty and attaining prosperity,and try to reflect effects of grass-roots governance in shaking off poverty and attaining prosperity in order to realize the wealth of peasants,collective and village cadres.Focusing on strengthening the village-level leadership construction and giving full play to village-level party organizations' core lead role in promoting the village grass-roots governance and shaking off poverty and attaining prosperity;Strengthening the CPC Members' advanced construction and giving full play to party members and cadres' model lead role in promoting the village grass-roots governance and shaking off poverty and attaining prosperity;Accumulating the people power and giving full play to the masses' subjective role in promoting the village grass-roots governance and shaking off poverty and attaining prosperity.
